Sauna

finnish

Temperature: up to 80˚C, humidity: up to 15%

Is a predecessor of all saunas and has been known for more than thousand years. Taking a sauna has many positive effects. By perspiration, toxins are eliminated from the body and the organism produces more white blood cells, thereby strengthening our immune system and relaxing our body and mind. You should not stay in a Finnish sauna for very long; only as long as you feel good. Do not exaggerate! After taking the sauna, use cold water to cool down!

turkish bath

Temperature: up to 45˚C, humidity: up to 100%

Unlike in a Finnish sauna, the temperatures are lower and the humidity is high, which gives you a feeling of considerable heat. A steam bath especially helps relax the muscles and cleans the skin and the respiratory system.
Enter the steam bath without a towel!
Rinse the seat before use!
Afterwards, shower with lukewarm water!

infrared - ion sauna

Temperature: up to 45˚C, humidity: up to 15%

Due to IR radiation, warmth penetrates deeper into the skin (up to 5 cm). It is also suitable for the elderly and for people in frail health. It has a positive effect on weight loss (up to 600 calories in 30 min’s), works well against cold and influenza, and helps reduce cellulite, heal wounds and scars and relieve pain (arthritis, sprains, headaches, rheumatism, back pains, etc.)
Shower with lukewarm or warm water!

combined sauna

FINNISH up to 70˚C or INFRARED up to 55˚
ALL SAUNAS HAVE AUTOMATIC SUPPLY OF STEAM AND FRAGRANCES!

ionizers

in the sauna produce negative ions that attract positive particles, such as formaldehyde dust, viruses, bacteria, mites and odours, and force them to fall on the floor and consequently purge the air of the tiniest particles. Thus they reduce all respiratory, bronchial and asthmatic problems, allergies and stress, while increasing concentration and well-being. In combination with IR warmth, the effects are enhanced.

colour therapy

Research has shown that each colour has its own wavelength and a specific frequency. Therapists use colours to improve and balance our mental state and to stimulate our energy centres.
Colours have a favourable effect on:
~ vitality, motivation, circulation RED
~ nervous system, physical and mental activity YELLOW
~ heart, nerves, reduce stress, balance emotions GREEN
~ pain, tension, work antiseptically BLUE
~ self-confidence, soothe, relax, inspire VIOLET
